I’m tired of driving down a street and seeing these huge strip malls and wondering what kinds of stores are in there and if any of them might be great or can save me money.

So I am developing a website where anyone will be able to search by mall name, hundred block, or store name and see details on what they are. I’m also going to allow restaurant and store owners to post instant sales to increase traffic (say when a restaurant has overstocked today’s special. Instead of throwing away good food they will be able to slash prices and bring in their regulars or others checking the site and in their cars hungry).

The information listing will be free for all businesses and I figure a small monthly fee for instant posting to make a profit will be how we make money.

If I have to administer everything myself then my project needs will be just a few hours, like you moving the Wordpress blogging software I downloaded to my website homepage and maybe spending a few minutes on the phone with me helping me figure it out, etc.

But, if any of you are interested in partnering with me I’d be up for that too if our personalities match.
