About the Role

In this contracted position, the person will act as Content Manager and Editor to enhance our successful expert and lifestyle services that are facilitated via premium text messaging. These services which cater to a 12 – 26 demographic are focused primarily on dating, relationships and astrology. In addition to creating a comprehensive knowledge database to be utilized by call centers, the person will also create and manage related content on our affiliated websites.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide a comprehensive knowledge data base of expert advice to be used by call centers primarily in the area of teen and young adult relationships.
Work closely with management to optimize the content for our target audience.
Work closely with management to optimize the functionality of the database as it relates to our call centers.
Create and manage any related content on our expert services and lifestyle web sites.

Skills and Requirements

Must be an established expert in the area of young adult relationships.
Must be published either on or off line.
Must have 2+ yrs editorial experience via web and/or print.
Technical experience with creating databases a plus.
Technical experience with editing website content a plus.
Experience in social networking a plus.
BA or MA in psychology or similar degree.
