A common work at home job is telephone work. There are a few kinds: telemarketing, customer service, order processing, technical support and customer support. Order processing and telemarketing are the most common of the two. Order processing is taking care of the orders placed by customers usually watching some kind of infomercial at 2 a.m. But recently over the last couple of years this type of job can be found for places such as 1-800-flowers.
