Build needed for Personal Site using Wordpress theme. - Website Programming Freelance Job

I’m Christer and I need someone to help me build my site using my designs. Its all designed for Wordpress, however i do need some custom elements and some tweaks. Any one with previous experience in building WordPress themes would be great as well.

Basically the site is a Wordpress site with the following enhancements.
- Next / Previous functionality in certain areas
- Work Based Carousel for Homepage
- mark as “Private” Functionality on Posts / Works
- Client Log In (Opens “Private” database + offers more links)
- Live Search (Ajax, etc..)
- List modules for side panels
- Twitter feed
- StumbleUpon feed
- Word Press CMS tweaks for ease of use.

Most of this can be found already done in other high end themes out there. However i need it all re-skined and working the way i want it to work. I don’t care if you use something else as base (just tell me please). Also if you know something I don’t know, such as a better tool or something like that. Please let me know, I am open to all ideas.

I need this to start and be done very quickly.
I will review people by their work and I will contact and send my designs through for a final quote and their estimated time for delivery.
