Need PHP Shoppping Cart & Affilate PHP Script Combined - Ecommerce Programming Freelance Job

I need a PHP/MySql script that offers products for sale thru PayPal and Google with secure downloads after payment, and also allows the customers to become affiliates either by purchasing products or signing up as an affiliate. Customers are offered banners and text links, and the script must track the affiliates, and they need to be allowed to see the list of their purchases.
Admin backend to manage products, customer’s affiliates, sales and site settings.
Needs to have a secure members area for the download of products and manage their affiliate account, sales, affiliate sales etc.
An example of what I’m looking for would be the old motivated marketing PHP script. I have a version of this script installed for anyone to look at to get a better idea what I’m wanting.
