Real Estate Flyer Form - Brochure Design Freelance Job

We need a an attractive, clean real estate flyer designed (both sides) that we can quickly swap pictures and information from one property to the next. Also the flyer needs to be able to be printed in color (in house to a color laser), sent to printer for professional printing (very high resolution), printed to PDF for email distribution and/or printed in black and white.

We utilize adobe acrobat, microsoft publisher, word and wordperfect, but if there is another option, we’d look at that too. Right now we have a decent format that we use in publisher, but we need something more like a “form” meaning that many of the components are locked (like the background, photograph location & size, company logos, etc). We’ve used stock formats from merill publishing and express copy, but they don’t adpat well to a team setup, therefore custom is required.

Linden Books Inspirational Fiction - Page Book Magazine Layout Freelance Job

Layout and cover design for a 250-page work of inspirational fiction. Prior book design experience required. Samples a plus. The cover will be simple and text-based, with two small line-drawn images. The document is already laid out in Word using Bookman Old Style but will need special attention to set-offs and chapter titles. Only one B&W illustration inside plus author photo on cover. A couple of places where text may require use of special characters. I could go with a generic design from a site like Lulu but I am hoping to find someone with a special feel for this type of book.

Company Brochure/Literature - Brochure Design Freelance Job

Graphic Design
Project: Design a Pocket folder and approx. 8 pages front and back that would be inserted in the folder) to be used as Company Literature. Also would like quote on how much it would cost for each extra insert/page, should it be necessary.

Pocket Folder will be 9.5 x 12, full color, design on front, back and inside of folder. Inside pages will full-color and all content and photos would be provided, just the design of the brochure and formatting would be your responsibility.

Source file and a printer-ready file(s) would need to be provided so that it could be printed locally. All files become property of my client. Must have experience providing artwork for printers, knowledge about sizing, allowing space for bleed, etc. Need to provide samples of prior work.

New Fantasy/Sci-fi Music/Book Combo - Creative Writing Freelance Job

Hi im looking for a writer to write a full on lenghty or short story, based on a new album ive made and just released. the albums called Fallen Prophets From Outta Space.
there will be a trilogy of albums, and i want stories for all 3, to coincide with the song titles and different phases on each album.
due to the fact im not good at writing and putting ideas on paper, i want someone to take full control of the main concept and build it into a story for release.
ps. i know it says fallen prophets from outta space, but there not spacemen, its more angels and demons.
