We need high security programs for childrensvalley

Like checking videos/photos before getting uploaded to the website and cancel if it contains sexual content and vulguar language. (HAS TO BE APPROVED BY AN ADMIN or automatic)

Safe chat room with HIGH SECURITY. Filter telephone number and email addresses if they are trying to provide that.
*The chat room must detect bad words automatic and must inform the admin.
* While creating new accounts the system should check the username. Whether they are offensive.
*Also have a small button in the chat program which can be used to report the moderator about violation by a user.

IF SOMEONE HAS MORE GOOD SUEGGTIONS PLEASE PLEASE PROVIDE US THAT.
