I need a 15 Minute DVD of humorous animation using real people faces superimposed on the animated bodies.
This is for an anniversary party September 28, 2008.

I will provide the pictures in hardcopy or electronically over the Internet.
I will provide the descriptions of people and suggested activities.
About 15 people pictures will be used, each separately so animations will be of one person at a time

I have an excel spreadsheet (1425 lines) that I would like modified to fit a supplied sample. One column has html that would need to be removed and only the text description left, and image tags that would need to be modified and extrapolated to different columns.
