We are a real estate marketing company in need of html emails to be sent to our existing clients.
We plan to send a new email at least monthly, maybe twice a month. We can provide all images and articles needed, and they can be sent from our servers, we need assistance with the creation of the code so that they work properly. We want the websites to include the ability to open video selections.
I can send you a sample of what we are looking for, just send a request to michele@seeinsideproductions.com You can also send me an html email sample, if you would like.
This is an ongoing project and will provide at least one needed email per month. If we can find a provider with reasonable enough costs, we may even do weekly emails in the near future.

We are a real estate marketing company in need of one or more voice over talents to record 2-5 minute scripts for real estate slideshows and videos.
The scripts are already written, and we need a short turn around time, usually within 1 business day. We don’t need any effects or music, just dry voice.
This is an ongoing project, we usually have several audios needed each week. We are a growing company and hope to be increasing our numbers needed each month.
Our current budget for this is not very large at this time (but will hopefully increase). We also occasionally have larger productions with larger budgets and bigger needs.

Here is a sample of a common sized script:
This beautiful custom built home greets you with a Hardiplank and stone exterior. Inside this five bedroom home you’ll find countless upgrades and special finishes, as well a few welcome surprises.
The spacious front porch looks out into the carefully landscaped yard and quiet neighborhood side-walked streets.

We are in need of a few digital pieces of artwork for web, marketing, and cable tv.
We will provide photos of 2 puppets, one male and one female, that we will need turned into icons.
We would like a few versions of each character. We need the background to be transparent, and one version of each character to have maybe a ribbon around the top and bottom where text could be added.
These characters are for a project linking a local cable channel to a website, the male figure will be our main logo/icon, the female character will be used to point out events, locations, and things to do that are family friendly.
We are on a tight time crunch with this! We will have photos of the puppets on Monday and need a turn around time of just a few days at the most.
The style of art we are looking for is very basic, please check this post to see if you can access the sample image of the Monopoly man to see the style we are looking for – although we really just want head and shoulders. If you can not see the uploaded image, or in case I have trouble uploading it
