I require a new website to be built.
Although I have limited web design knowledge, I am lead to believe that what I require is relatively complex.
The business we run is a Menu Planning site, that is currently nothing more than a subscription service linked to a shopping cart.
Customers place an order, the order comes through to us and we manually fill the order, creating the document on some alternative software.
We are looking to build a fully automated site that will allow customers to log in, place an order, finalise their Shopping List and then print or save their file.
I have attached an outline of what we would like the site to be.

The editors of Hinduism Today magazine are planning a multimedia/video summary of each quarterly edition, and need help with the work flow and design.
We have completed a 7-minute prototype using Keynote for importing images for the articles, using Photo to Movie to bring some life to photos, then assembling it in Final Cut Pro, with narration recoded and edited in Sound Track Pro.
We want someone to review this workflow and offer improvements and templates. The goal is to create an efficient workflow (other tools can be suggested) that allows us to drag and drop images for future quarters, thus minimizing the time each new video takes. For example, we have repeated features in each issue, such as Publisher’s Desk, Quotes & Quips, Feature Article, In My Opinion, Digital Dharma, etc. Once this workflow is in place, we hope to be able to populate the templates with the material related to that section of the magazine.
We will post a QuickTime movie of our prototype which will give a strong visual understanding of what we are seeking to achieve.

I need some graphics for mens and womens swimwear. The file format will be illustrator or photoshop 4 color output for digital screen printing.
An artist is needed to create web based comic characters, prop library, various text/dialogue boxes, shapes. The art will need to be vector based for easy resizing, and final art for characters will be provided at the characteristic (head, torso, hair, eyes, nose, mouth, arms, and legs) and character (completed character) level. Artist will need to have created character based web art before and can also advise on best design and use practices. Backgrounds of characters, props, etc need to be transparent for easy layering.
We would anticipate a price per illustration model. Artist will be provided with list of concepts and will then provide a sample illustration of a few different styles i.e. sketch, manga, anime, black-white/color. Buyer will then select style and Artist will create the rest of the images based on that style. We estimate around 20 characters needed, and approximately 6-7 different emotional animations for each one. We also estimate around 100 very basic prop designs (tree, car, gun, etc), plus the text boxes and shapes which should be very basic.

Nice to have: If artist is familiar with multiple illustration concepts and can incorporate use of Phi (proportionate illustration).

I’m tired of driving down a street and seeing these huge strip malls and wondering what kinds of stores are in there and if any of them might be great or can save me money.
So I am developing a website where anyone will be able to search by mall name, hundred block, or store name and see details on what they are. I’m also going to allow restaurant and store owners to post instant sales to increase traffic (say when a restaurant has overstocked today’s special. Instead of throwing away good food they will be able to slash prices and bring in their regulars or others checking the site and in their cars hungry).
The information listing will be free for all businesses and I figure a small monthly fee for instant posting to make a profit will be how we make money.

shared calendar.
Outlook has built in calendar and export sharing capabilities. We need
someone to write/setup the needed Outlook forms, etc to get our shared
public calendar events exported into an exchangeable file format such
as XML or iCalendar (preferred).
The main form that needs to be built is basically a customized
Appointment form that adds additional fields to the record related to
our business. These fields include bio information, client names and
links, reference number, etc.
Technical hurdles:
- The scheduling setup uses multi-character codes to denote event
status and location. These need to be parsed into additional data
fields. It may be possible to replace these codes with menus on the
custom form.
- The schedule can have multiple event on a single day, or potentially
overlapping evemts at different locations. There needs to be a way for
users to indicate which group of appointments constitute a event.
- The data needs to exported in one of two ways:
1. New versions of Outlook also provide the ability to publish
calendars to a WebDAV server. One option for this project is to setup
Outlook to publish its calendars to a WebDAV server, and have the
website continually check for changes to this published file and
update itself.
2. The data can be exported from Outlook as a file, and then loaded
into the website using an upload form in the admin interface.

We are a female company that handles design for the spa/beauty/boutique/fashion industry. Both print and website design. For our websites we are looking for someone who is interested in sporatic work throughout the year for mostly our spa clients. We have regular need for simple things like slideshows and short intros, also some work on full sites.

We are a real estate marketing company in need of html emails to be sent to our existing clients.
We plan to send a new email at least monthly, maybe twice a month. We can provide all images and articles needed, and they can be sent from our servers, we need assistance with the creation of the code so that they work properly. We want the websites to include the ability to open video selections.

We are a real estate marketing company in need of one or more voice over talents to record 2-5 minute scripts for real estate slideshows and videos.
The scripts are already written, and we need a short turn around time, usually within 1 business day. We don’t need any effects or music, just dry voice.

We are in need of a few digital pieces of artwork for web, marketing, and cable tv.
We will provide photos of 2 puppets, one male and one female, that we will need turned into icons.
We would like a few versions of each character. We need the background to be transparent, and one version of each character to have maybe a ribbon around the top and bottom where text could be added.
These characters are for a project linking a local cable channel to a website, the male figure will be our main logo/icon, the female character will be used to point out events, locations, and things to do that are family friendly.
We are on a tight time crunch with this! We will have photos of the puppets on Monday and need a turn around time of just a few days at the most.
