I am looking for unique material that will be dedicated to this one single project and will not be resold. It should not be posted on any other online source, until it has been posted online by our own web site, which includes your own portfolio. This may take several weeks, as I prepare projects well in advanced to when they get posted online at times.
While a turn around time of 48 hours would exceed our expectations, We prefer the article take less than a week to create. Of course, quality work is more important than meeting the deadline.
We are on a very tight budget, and would prefer something around the $18/600 word range if possible. However don't hesitate to let me know what you can do it for because I am understanding this is below the amount some people are willing to accept, and I want to also attract good bids. Saying this, I cannot afford an article more than $75.00.
Please make a quick note in your bid of anything that could help you win the project other than your price, such as related experience or how you envision the article will turn out. Of course, you will not be penalized if you don't, because creativity is important, but I have just found this helps people win projects.
Currently, we are only able to pay via Paypal and payment will be sent after the project is complete. Please let me know if this is O.K. On average, it takes me about 2-3 business days to review/pay for an article.
Also, if you do SEO work... our targeted keyword will be in the title of the project. If you could throw in the keyword a few times to help us optimize the article, that would be an plus.

I have done several fund raisers now, and have decided that it is something that I would like to do more in my spare time. The purpose of my website is to find people in the real estate industry that want would be willing to donate time and money, to giving back to different people in their respected communities. I need a website that will allow them to fill out a form on my website that tells me how they associate with real estate such as agent, contractor, title company, plumber, framer, drywaller etc...., how they would contribute to a funraiser in their communityl name, email, city and state. The purpose of the fundraisers is to get people to donate time, money and items that would go to renovating and helping our soldiers of war, health stricken families, or families that are in need of help. I will also need somewhere on there that will allow people to view upcoming events in their states. I am not profiting in any way on this and am hoping that someone will donate their time and efforts or give me a bid that would suggest that they are willing to help the cause of helping out those in need.

I am making an isometric tile map in flash as3. The iso tiles will be between 32x32 and 64x64. You will be able to zoom in and zoom out, so its important that they scale look nice and retain nice detail when zoomed in.
It should be 2d isometric, giving the illusion of 3d. The graphics should be very similar to the design that Starcraft 2 the RTS game from blizzard is currently making. I need a 2d tile sheet that has grass, dirt, water cliffs etc and should be a jungle type atmosphere. Most of the terrain needs to be flat to show images of buildings and what not that will be placed over them.
Before you bid please at least Google the terrain im referring to. Its the jungle tileset for starcraft 2. Its very important that it be dymanic enough in design not to look to repetative and tile like. Every starcraft 10 years ago didn't give the feel of a tile world. Im looking to be immersed. If you have any questions let me know.
Background: Designing a simple flash isometric game. I will be incorporating a mapeditor into the game. If you are the best, I will probably use you for other terrain tile sets, unit designs etc. If you have any demos or similar work to show, please let me know as well.

Simple Text Analysis Program in Python
Overview. I need an extremely simple little program written in Python that scans a document for certain kinds of repetitions of words, and flags these repetitions. Pseudocode is provided below. Program allows user to specify a document to be scanned (in rtf format). The program inputs the document, scans for certain types of word repetitions (words that are adjectives or verbs and which repeat another word that appeared within the last 40 words). These are “flagged”. A new output file is created in which these words appear in red ink.
Note: I may have follow-up programs for a developer who does a good job on this simple test program. I would like to see clean commented code please.
Files I will provide:
KF.txt (column1: word; column 2: word freq; column 3: part of speech) [this is a program that lists most English words and their word frequency and what part of speech they are—such as Noun, Verb, etc.] Use this to determine part of speech in program logic below.) Will be provided to developer.
Pseudocode for Program Logic
1. Ask user to specify filename of rtf file to be processed, using standard Windows browsing file-selection window
2. Input words from the text into a single linear array: Word[x], for x = 1 to total number of words. Please encode all paragraph breaks as words (let the word be “PPPP”). (I know this does not affect anything that happens below, but I would like it to be included, nonetheless.)
3. Now scan the text for repetitions as follows:
SizeWindow = 24; {size of window to be scanned}
For x = SizeWindow+1 to number-of-words
If part_of_speech(word(x)) = verb or adjective do begin
for y= 1 to SizeWindow do begin
-Test whether word(x) matches word(x-y)
- If it does, flag word(x) as a repetition
- End y loop
End do-begin loop
End x loop
4. Now change the color of every word that was flagged as a repetition, changing its color to red.
5. Save new document as File_R.rtf.

We have a number of bitmap/jpg/png files that need to be vectorized. We need some organization that can vectorize these graphics and provide AI files which are layered and separable for Screen -or- Direct Ink Printing. Also would want with them a cut-out outline included.
We have alot of items that need to be done, and some of these have a number of colors as well as some complex graphics in them. For this project we will post a couple examples in the Project Example to get bid estimates which will be used to compare against.
This is primarily 70's-90's artwork that was never available in vector format that needs to be reproduced.
These are typically decals and such that are anywhere from 1" in diameter up to a few that can be 6"x6" and some larger.
Will basically be paying by the piece - but there are ALOT of pieces to do so we are looking for a HIGH QUALITY and TIMELY supplier to provide us this capability.

I need the CAD design for a one-hand-held reusable stackable carrier to deliver hot food. I know the basic shape, I know what I need. Previous experience with Urethane molding a plus.
Also a plastic handle system design to keep together -coupling- stocked-up boxes. To prevent accidents, the handle must be a security assuring the boxes are locked before grabbing the handle. Box is to be carried individually or stocked-up. Must be extremely easy to use and of heavy-duty material design to last. A simple snap-lock kind would be preferred. The box consist of a top and a bottom, the bottom has a glass insert. The purpose is to keep the top locked to the bottom to avoid the glass from falling out.

I need a website designer familiar with Point2agent. sites. Point2agent sites are real estate websites that are based on templates. Although they let you do a lot of customization to the templates and make it very user friendly. In fact, they encourage site designers to make your own site unique with css code overrides.
I am very familar with navigating the site and using the templates. I can even customize certain aspects. However, I need to take the site up a notch by using the template overrides for header graphics, navigation menus, etc.
This project has many steps, and I hope to use the the same freelancer for all. The first step that I am asking for a bid for now is to customize the look of the site with a new header graphic and navigation menu, and landing page with hot button graphics. Content not needed.
And once the bid is awarded we can talk in detail.
There are big buck point2site design firms out there that are well worth every penny if you are needing a whole site or starting from scratch. But, since I only need 3 aspects done right now I don't want to go that route. I'd really like someone with website design background willing to learn the ins and outs of point2 sites. Thank you for your consideration.

I am an English teacher born in the UK but working in China. I have an existing Wordpress blog in which I blog about my experiences.
I wish to update my site with a new theme and integrate more pages.
The pages I need are: Blog, Photos, About me. These would be in a horizontal menu bar under the banner.
Blog - the Wordpress blog
Photos - Coppermine photo gallery
About me - static page with sub-menus (contact me, Chinese Life).
I may need to add more pages in the future and they may need floating sub-menus. Please bear this in mind when you are designing it.
I will send you a jpg diagram of the layout that I want. In summary, it is a 2 column-layout. The content container is 80% of the browser width. There are two basic colours, blue (#cdfbfb) and lime green (#b6e600). The background is blue and the content container is white. The banner is at the top and the menu is below. The left hand column contains the content, and the right hand column contains the normal blog links (Archives, Categories, Blogroll etc). I would also like google adsense below that.
I can also provide the banner jpg that I want but I need to know the correct size.
I have some existing blog posts that I want to keep. I have some web-design experience so I plan to maintain the site myself.
I would also like to use Windows Live Writer to write my blog posts, however, I can't get it to work on my computer. Could you test this for me as well.
