Quick turnaround is needed -- 3-4 weeks. Prefer someone who lives local in Orange County, CA that could come by the office to get a feel for the company and the owner.

I need to have picture "tooth chart" on the screen that is interacting with the database, when I click on a specific position inside the tooth chart this area should be colored, clicking it again should reset to the original color.
The following points should be considered:
1 - Backend database is SQL-Server 2005, Programming Language is VB6.
2 - Source code should be provided
3 - Information about the clicked areas, missing tooth, should be drawn to the picture when changing the record of the patient.
4 - The tooth chart is provided on the attachment.
5- Extra text should appear when moving the mouse over any marked area on the tooth chart.

We are a printing brokerage working with customers and suppliers worldwide. We are the liaison between the publishers (books, posters, etc.) and the printers. We manage each job from quoting through final invoicing.
As our business has spread out geographically we’ve found it necessary to work with many suppliers in locations new to us. Because printing companies are niche-driven depending on their equipment, number of employees and location, we need a central system that allows us to input and store large amounts of print supplier information. We can then search and find specific printing equipment within geographic locations.
Initially this will not be web-based, however we will probably need to do so eventually.

I require a developer to build an interface for a marketing email newsletter using Ruby on Rails. The application will allow users to sign-up for permission-based email newsletters based on a specific interest group (sign-up for more information from a specific company on its products/services).
The application will also allow for custom designed email newsletters to be created, targeted to list subscribers and emailed using a server mail app (not a desktop email client).
I would also like the application to allow for multiple users to have their own administrative newsletter space for signing-up, creating, sending, and managing email newsletter distribution.
The end deliverable will be a user interface, RoR application, and accompanying code. I want to retain all code rights upon completion of the contract.

I am the owner of a small software development company, and I am looking for a graphics designer to help me complete my website. I have developed a "boxed product" that I am selling, and the website should be updated to include some graphics which are simple and attractive, and which illustrate certain features of the product. Right now, the product page has about 10 feature points of the product, which are only text, but I would like to add a little bit of "color" to this with the use of graphics.
My idea was one graphic per feature, but I am open to suggestions here. Basically, I need a few graphics to enhance the text that is part of the product page.
Please note that there is no html coding or anything like that. I just need the completed graphics and I will take care of the actual uploading and integration with the current page.
In addition to the above details, I have the following 2 requirements:
1) I would need to own the completed images outright (i.e. you must assign the copyright to my business)... this is so that I am not restricted in how I use the images. This is also especially important when the images contain trademarks, or other details specific to the product / company.
2) I need to have the images created in "vector" format, so that there is no loss of quality when scaling the image up or down in size. I prefer the images in ".svg" but there may be others as well; please check with me. I prefer simple, clean, and attractive graphics; I am not all that interested in dynamic images like animated gifs or flash.

I am a children's magician.
I would like to have 4 custom coloring pages created that I could post on my website for children to download and color.
The theme should be magic / magician related with no knives, fire or chopping of body parts, no racy women, etc (ages 3 to 9 appropriate)
An example: A magician in a suit/top hat pulling a rabit out of a hat, a magician holding the magic rings, a magician holding a bouquet of flowers, etc.
These would be somewhat simple in detail as they will be colored with crayons.

I am after a good cartoonist that can take this image and turn it into a file that can have this image of a person running across the bottom of a PowerPoint slide.
This needs to be embedded without the use of any included library. In other words SWF is out...all I can think of is animated GIF. Happy to entertain other options if you can suggest them.
It needs to be 2D cartoon-like. The big head and small legs is the proportion I am after.
The animation needs to look funny / cute.

Too Many Visitors For One Little House is a story about a new family on the block, their cranky neighbors and the need to be included.

I need an illustration for a book which I am editing. The book is about a germ which is inside everyone which after death lingers around until the final resurrection of biblical literature. One image comes immediately to mind of a "germ" molecule type hovering over a grave stone (perhaps elaborate angel or cross gravestone) also possibly a picture of a man then a tiny version of the same man encompassed?? in some type of germ.
The idea is best explained:
"the portion of immoveable matter which now constitutes the identity of the body, and is destined to become the germ of future life, will vegetate in the grave when disencumbered of all those particles of flesh and blood which surround it (Cooke 23).
I am trying to get a New Age sort of look to this piece. Open to artistic expressions as long as the above idea is some what recognizable through illustration. Quote needs to include coloring/inking. Any questions please feel free to email me. Thanks for expressing interest!

I am looking to have a website made on a fairly tight budget. I have seen many templates that have a suitable look, but need some customization for my specific application. I am open to suggestions on templates or template sites if you deem certain ones to be more appropriate for this application. Naturally, if you can meet the budget and develop it from scratch or have already made this for someone else and want to re-skin/modify it to my specs, that is fine too. This will be a website to sell printed goods and related services with an expanding catalog. In other words, I need to be able to add more products to the site at any time on my own and I need to be able to easily update pricing (preferably in bulk. The functionality of the site should include the following features:
1. Main page with linked graphics to represent the main product categories I sell and direct links to all sections of website.
2. Online pricing tool for calculating the price of each item with varying options (e.g., type of paper, qty., coating, perforation, etc…) and shipping.
3. Select Quantity from drop down list as opposed to text box
4. Ability to apply coupon on a per item or per invoice basis
5. Ability to apply automatic discount based on contents of order (e.g.,buy 1 get 1 free, 10% off orders over $300, etc…)
6. FTP upload of files
7. User accounts with discounts applied based on user ID (e.g., all Chamber members save 15%)
8. Pages need to load quickly (If possible do not reload header and menus)
9. Contact form with masked e-mail address
10. Ideally website database will be linked to a local database using a solution such as Access or FileMaker Pro.
Please make sure to include links to samples of your prior work. Of particular interest, of course, is any site that has similar functions to those described above. Please estimate the entire job, do not just send your hourly rate without saying how long you believe development will take. If you need more details to be able to provide an accurate quote please ask for specific information. Thank you.

I am currently using a simple 3rd party form from Formsite that I use to capture leads. Formsite stores the results on their server and emails the form results to me in real time. I like this set-up. The problem is I now have a client who I need to forward my form results to and this client uses a lead management system called Mortech. I need to forward my lead form results to Mortech via the HTTP Post method. According to Formsite the only way to do this using their forms is if I download the results from the Formsite server and process it myself. I know how to download the form results but I do not know how to process the info in order to submit it to Mortech.
I need someone who can preferable design some kind of script that will allow me to continue using my existing Formsite form and service but also allow me to submit the results to my clients Mortech lead management system. If possible I need this process to be automated so that I don't have to manually submit each and every lead.
If the above is too complicated or not feasible I don't have a problem ditching Formsite and getting a new form designed from scratch but there needs to be some way that I can view the form results as well as the results getting submitted to Mortech.
I already have the form field requirements and documentation from Mortech. I need the project completed asap!

We are presently looking for a Windows programmer who can write a virtual printer driver that can take whatever is being printed, convert it to Postscript format and send it to our servers using an HTTP API.
A popup window will be shown asking the customer for their login details as well as a couple other simple text fields (will discuss upon contract signing), before sending the document to our servers. A print preview button will also be required in the popup window.
HTTP API details are flexible and will be discussed with the programmer.
Language used to develop this project is at discretion of coder, but the application must run on Windows 2000 and up (including Vista). We would be willing to pay extra for compatibility in Mac OS X as well.
Project will be required to be completed within 3 weeks of project signing date, and all source code will become our property.

We need a series of 32 bit targa (.tga) files for each frame of each move that the bosses will perform. Boss1 is approx 120x60 pixels; boss2 is approx 240x180 pixels in size. Looking for an Experienced Designer who will redesign the PowerPoint Presentation and format a Template for other Presentations.
The presentation is a general overview of our company and will be use as a brief to clients.
Holding around 40 slides the presentation is currently designed in Keynote but needs to be presented in a PowerPoint format and includes all images and text required. Clean, stylish, strong and classy look and feel is required.
I would like to have this done in a printed format as well so this needs to translate to pdf.
The Presentation is around 25MB - this size will have to be reduced.
