We are a new online community of office managers, executive assistants, and other office professionals who connect to get answers, enhance productivity, and make smart buying decisions. We are currently looking for freelance writers and template designers to join our team.

Successful candidates will have expertise in one of the following areas: travel, productivity/organization, meeting and event planning, product and service comparison. We are asking for all freelance writers to commit to providing a minimum of one original article per week (min. 400 words) for at least 3 months. Compensation will be based on the number of articles you write and the popularity of your work.

Template designers will be paid per original template (they must not be available elsewhere). We are looking for any template that an office professional might need – agendas, expense reports, power point presentations, calendars, etc.

We are currently looking for individuals who fit the following criteria to join our team as full-time content leaders:

• Expertise in one of the following areas: travel, productivity/organization, meeting and event planning, product and service comparison
• A recognized expert in the field with an established blog (over 500 subscribers)
• Ability to write in an engaging, conversational, and professional style
• Solid and demonstrable experience understanding and executing SEO principles and practices
• Interested in shaping the design and functionality of the new site
• Familiarity with forums, social networking and community building
• Proven ability to organize and edit content
• If willing, possible speaking opportunities to meetings and conventions with occasional travel.
• Prefer US-based writers.

This person will have several high-level responsibilities including shaping the content strategy of their particular section and growing site traffic.
